FESTIVAL PARTICIPATION

Business Sponsors, Local Business, Schools & Non Profits are welcome to sell products, offer giveaways, or host a family-friendly activity. Participation is free; we simply need to reserve your space. If you would like us to provide a table and chairs, there is a $150 fee.

Payment Instructions

1. Choose your payment method
   Select either Credit Card, Check, Venmo, or Zelle during registration.

2. Complete your registration
   Everyone must go through the full registration process, regardless of payment type.

3. If paying by Credit Card
   You will be charged at the end of registration.

4. If paying by Check, Venmo, or Zelle
   You will not be charged during registration.
   After submitting your form, please send your payment separately using your selected method.
   You will receive a Pledge Confirmation with the amount due and payment details.

5. Add-on merchandise
   All add-on merchandise must be paid for by Credit Card, regardless of your selected payment method.

6. Custom donation amounts
   If you’d like to contribute more or less than the suggested sponsorship level, just note your preferred amount in the registration form.
