Founded by friends committed to making Port Washington a more inclusive place, we have grown into a leading LGBTQ+ advocacy organization in our community.

We invite you to support Be The Rainbow Pride Weekend 2026 as a sponsor. Every contribution directly supports our mission and helps us continue to provide a free, inclusive, and welcoming event for all.

$100 – Flag Sponsor Name recognition on Flag on Main Street materials

$250 – Featured Flag Sponsor Top billing and/or logo included on Flag on Main Street recognition

$500+ – Festival Sponsor Logo included across marketing materials, tiered logo placement, acknowledgment at the festival, and top billing/logo on Flag on Main Street

Festival Participation

If you would like to participate in the festival with a table or activity, please indicate this within your sponsorship form.

  • Non-sponsor vendors may register separately (please note there is a fee $150 to rent a table & chairs):

Pride Festival Participation

Business Sponsors, Local Business, Schools & Non Profits are welcome to sell products, offer giveaways, or host a family-friendly activity. Participation is free; we simply need to reserve your space. If you would like us to provide a table and chairs, there is a $150 fee.

Payment Instructions

  1. Choose your payment method
    Select either Credit Card, Check, Venmo, or Zelle during registration.

  2. Complete your registration
    Everyone must go through the full registration process, regardless of payment type.

  3. If paying by Credit Card
    You will be charged at the end of registration.

  4. If paying by Check, Venmo, or Zelle
    You will not be charged during registration.
    After submitting your form, please send your payment separately using your selected method.
    You will receive a Pledge Confirmation with the amount due and payment details.

  5. Add-on merchandise
    All add-on merchandise must be paid for by Credit Card, regardless of your selected payment method.

  6. Custom donation amounts
    If you’d like to contribute more or less than the suggested sponsorship level, just note your preferred amount in the registration form.
